App Review hit a crash, a hang, a dead-end screen, lorem-ipsum/placeholder content, or a feature that errored. Most common real causes: a backend that was down or geo-blocked (reviewers often test from California, via IPv6 networks), a force-unwrap on missing data, first-launch-only crashes, or iPad behavior you never tested (all iPhone apps are also reviewed on iPad unless you've limited the device family).
