App is approved and 'Ready for Sale' but doesn't show up in App Store search

Search indexing lags release by 24–48 hours (sometimes longer for brand-new apps with zero download history). Also: availability territory mismatches, the app being live only in some storefronts, or searching the wrong term — new apps rank poorly for generic keywords and may only surface for their exact name.
