Bank account stuck "Pending Verification" in App Store Connect, blocking paid apps and IAP

Apple verifies bank accounts with its payment processor before activating them; mismatched account-holder names (must match your legal/developer entity name), wrong IBAN/SWIFT/routing details, or unsupported account types stall it. While banking is pending, the Paid Apps Agreement can't go Active, which blocks IAP submission.
